This beautifully appointed villa has been built in 2018 and offers far reaching views across the Adriatic Sea. The villa is located in the small village of Krimovice, and only a short drive from Trsteno and Ploce beach. Not far from Krimovice, on the cliffs near the Grbalj coast, lies the tiny church Saint Nicholas. A little further down the coast lies the beautiful town of Budva on a small peninsula. There are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and galleries to enjoy. Why not try something different? Extreme sports like paragliding in Brajici and bungee jumping at the end of Slovenska Beach are on offer for the adventurous and brave.

This modern semi-detached villa is fully air-conditioned and consists of 2 separate living quarters under one roof; ideal for befriended families travelling together. Each part of the villa has an open plan living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate pool.

You enter the villa via a gated entrance, where you have two parking spaces and two further parking spaces in the garage. Outside stairs lead to the first floor and entrance to the villa.
First floor
The modern open plan living area comprises of a large sofa, flat screen satellite TV, and dining area for 6 people, and direct access to the terrace. The sofa can be converted in a single bed for one additional child. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, table ware and kitchen utensils. Washing machine, iron, ironing board and hair dryer are at your disposal.
On this floor there is also a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom. The beds are comfortable and bedlinen and towels are provided. Internal stairs lead to the second floor.

There are two bedrooms with double beds and a shared bathroom with shower. The bathrooms are tiled in white with modern bathroom furniture. The master bedroom has direct access to a spacious terrace with sea view.

OUTSIDE
Each living quarter has its separate terrace with pool. The pool is surround by a paved terrace with sun loungers and parasol. The first floor terrace with BBQ offers sufficient space for dining together in the evenings and watching the beautiful sunset over the Adriatic Sea.
Montenegro has international airports at Podgorica and Tivat (located near the Bay of Kotor). Dubrovnik Airport in Croatia is only 15 minutes drive from the Montenegrin border.
Kotor town is 20 minutes drive time from Tivat Airport, one hour drive from Dubrovnik Airport and 65 minutes from Podgorica. Journey time from Podgorica to Budva is 45 minutes and to Ulinj 1 hour 15 minutes.

Montenegro Airlines, JAT and Adria Airlines are the principal carriers flying scheduled flights into Montenegro. These include flights from London, Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Moscow, Paris and Copenhagen.
