VILLA DETAILS

This is a new, smart, modern, air-conditioned villa, built on a hill, overlooking the fantastic coastline of Montenegro and Sveti Stefan in particular. It is very comfortable and stylish inside and out, and built with excellent technology, decorated and furnished with quality materials and furniture.

Large picture windows make the most of the sunny light and open up the incredible vistas whether you are in your bedroom, sitting room or on the terrace.

The infinity pool and outdoor BBQ complete this absolutely amazing holiday villa, a place to enjoy yourself and relax.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor

The ground floor has a tastefully designed, modern and bright kitchen in a dark red laminate finish. The entire kitchen is painted white and all appliances are stainless steel. Sunshine is allowed through the window above the spacious sink area and additional lighting from under the wall cabinets.

There is plenty of storage space and a seating area that comfortably seats 8 people. The dining area has a table which can sit up to 8 people.

The living area features large windows from floor to ceiling with access to the patio. It is very spacious and furnished with soft beige sofas and arm chairs, additional chairs, nice lighting and has a satellite TV/DVD player, and WiFi. The whole open plan living area is tiled in cool slate coloured floor tiles.

There is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, plenty of room for storage, a cleaning closet as well as an additional closet.

This floor also features a small bathroom with a tiled shower and sink with a vanity unit.

First floor

The main entrance is at the back of the villa, taking you directly into a spacious open hallway and the bedroom area. From the hallway a staircase leads to the ground floor where you will find the kitchen and living room.

On the upper level there are three large bedrooms which all have access to a veranda and the magnificent view.

The master bedroom features a master bathroom with beautifully tiled glassed-in shower. The two other bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a large dressing room and closet.

Guest house

The Guest house is also divided into two floors. The garage is situated on the upper level and a large guest room with a master bath is on the lower level.

The Guest House has direct access to the main house and the pool and patio.

OUTSIDE

This wonderful villa has a large garden and a location that affords a lot of privacy. The infinity pool and the garden have amazing sea views, and the coastline view which is magnificent daytime and night.

There is an outdoor dining table and chairs and also an outdoor rattan sofa with plenty of seating.

How wonderful to sit with a book and a glass of wine with the fabulous coastline in front of your eyes. There is also plenty of parking in the grounds.
