The luxurious, new Villa Riverdance has an enviable location where a river meets the sea - so it is a riverside and seaside villa with direct river frontage and a short walk to the sea. The "Long Beach" in Ulcinj is probably one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Montenegro and in Europe. The romantic town of Ulcinj is really the place where east meets west. Minarets mix with Orthodox churches, delicious kebabs are offered alongside Italian pasta dishes, cafes offer delicious lattes and Turkish aromatic dark coffee, and sweet baklavas glisten invitingly next to Austrian Cream pastries. Best of all, the people are incredibly friendly and all strive to make the visitors happy and enjoy their stay.

The villa is built with luxury and comfort in mind, attention to every detail was given. Very spacious luxury living accommodation spreads over 334 square metres, in an 800 square metre plot, nicely landscaped with a massive swimming pool (10 metres by 6 metres, depth 1.5 metres) and outdoor whirlpool, all on the water's edge. The pool is heated for use in early or late season.

ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is arranged on two floors. Modern, stylish furniture has been used throughout and bathrooms are wonderful, with bath towels and beach towels provided.
All rooms are air-conditioned and have underfloor heating for winter use.
Ground floor
The open plan ground floor is streaming with sunlight coming through numerous picture windows and large doors. This villa’s sitting room is arranged outdoors where there are sofas and armchairs for the guests, and all this is directly in front of the dining room, on the covered terrace. The inside area has a dining table for 10 people, TV, WiFi and a modern fireplace. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, a coffee machine, new cooking utensils and tableware. Double doors open to the outside dining terrace with barbecue. Furniture and appliances are all of a very high standard.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Both have access to the terrace and the twin room has a sea view. There is also a laundry room with a Miele washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There are four bedrooms on the first floor. The master suite has a super king size bed, a balcony and sea view. The ensuite bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle. The other double bedroom and the two twin bedrooms on this floor have balconies, some with sea views.

Lovely place by the river
The garden and fabulous terraces of this unique family Montenegro villa are designed for you to live outdoors in luxury. Firstly, there is a gorgeous infinity swimming pool, and whirlpool, sunbathing decks with sun loungers and parasols. Eight sun loungers are provided. Furthermore, the children's garden playground area will satisfy demanding toddlers and young kids as they play on the swing, slide and seesaw. Several shady terraces are stocked with excellent modern outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a large dining table. At the end of the garden, where the river and sea mix, you can moor a boat of up to four metres.
