Villa Icon can slep up to 12 persons. The villa has wonderful sea views, a pool and pleasant terraced garden with some games facilities for younsters. It is located approximately 600 metres from the coastline on the hillside above Rezevici and 3.5 kilometres down the coast from the landmark peninsula of Sveti Stefan and 10 kilometes from the busy resort of Budva. The villa is 2.7 kilometres from Perazica beach, a small sandy beach between dramatic cliffs.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is on built into the hillside and is on four floors and divided into a main unit and two one bedroom apartments. The main unit occupies the upper two floors. On the lower of these two floors is the main entrance and the living area which comprises a large living room, kitchen and dining area. There is also a WC/bathroom on this level as well as direct access to a terrace. The upper level has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a double Jacuzzi bath. The bedrooms are not airconditioned but there is an aircon unit on the lower floor. WiFi is available.

On each of the lower two floors there is an apartment comprising a living room and a double bedroom and bathroom. A fold out bed can enable a maximum of three persons to sleep in each apartment. There is one aircon unit in each apartment. WiFi is available.

OUTSIDE
The plot size is 300 square metres and laid out in terraces. The swimming pool is 5 metres x 3 metres and can be heated. On a separate terrace is the sunbathing area equipped with sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a swing. On the middle terrace is the outdoor kitchen and dining area with a charcoal and gas fired BBQ. The lowest terrace is the sports zone with a basketball net and table tennis.

VILLA LOCATION
FLIGHTS AND TRAVEL OPTIONS TO REZEVICI
Montenegro has international airports at Podgorica and Tivat (located near the Bay of Kotor). Dubrovnik Airport in Croatia is only 15 minutes drive from the Montenegrin border. Kotor town is 20 minutes drive time from Tivat Airport, one hour drive from Dubrovnik Airport and 65 minutes from Podgorica. Journey time from Podgorica to Budva is 45 minutes and to Ulinj 1 hour 15 minutes.

Montenegro Airlines, JAT and Adria Airlines are the principal carriers flying scheduled flights into Montenegro. These include flights from London, Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Moscow, Paris and Copenhagen.
