Villa Thea is located in Rezivici close to the beautiful town of Petrovac. The villa offers a pool and gym and has secure garage parking.

Visit the many cultural sites in the surrounding area like the monastery of Rezevici, Gradiste monastery or St. Thomas Church, to name just a few. A short drive gets you to the local beach with crystal clear water, enjoy the lovely local food at Plazni Bar Balun right on the beach whilst looking out to the sea. Becici beach, Jaz beach, Ploce beach, Crvena Glavica beach and Mogren beach are also nearby and easy to reach. It is only a 20 minutes' drive from Rezevici to Budva, one of the oldest settlements on the Adriatic Riviera. The Old Town of Budva is surrounded by medieval walls with fortresses, towers and gates and is the ideal place for culture lovers. There is much to see and during the summer months the city hosts shows, concerts and exhibitions. The narrow streets, small piazzas and town squares are dotted with cafes, restaurants, bars and boutiques. For the sportive traveller there are many activities awaiting, like adventure tours on Lake Skadar, diving in Przno, paragliding and the aqua park in Budva.

ACCOMMODATION
Open plan living
Villa Thea is arranged over two floors and has a total living area of 250 square metres. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has its own gym. The open plan living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchair, Satellite TV and CD player. Large sliding doors allow direct access to the pool terrace. The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with dining table, chairs, hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, kettle, cooking utensils, crockery, glasses and cutlery. The laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

There are three bedrooms with double beds and one single bedroom. Two bedrooms have access to their own balcony, one balcony with sea view. All bedrooms with satellite TV. Bedlinen and towels are provided. The four modern bathrooms with shower are nicely tiled in two shades of beige.

Terrace with stunning sea view
From the outside pool terrace you have a beautiful view of the surrounding area. There is an outside dining area with BBQ and sufficient space for the children to play. The 300 square metre large terrace and garden area is surrounded by a wall where your children can play securely.

FLIGHTS AND TRAVEL OPTIONS TO REZEVICI
Montenegro has international airports at Podgorica and Tivat (located near the Bay of Kotor). Dubrovnik Airport in Croatia is only 15 minutes drive from the Montenegrin border. Kotor town is 20 minutes drive time from Tivat Airport, one hour drive from Dubrovnik Airport and 65 minutes from Podgorica. Journey time from Podgorica to Budva is 45 minutes and to Ulinj 1 hour 15 minutes.

Montenegro Airlines, JAT and Adria Airlines are the principal carriers flying scheduled flights into Montenegro. These include flights from London, Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Moscow, Paris and Copenhagen.
