Imagine floating in the infinity pool in the warmth of the afternoon sun, with the views of Budva Riviera and its sandy beaches stretching out for miles.

ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The ground floor is the main living area, with an open plan living room and kitchen which both open out onto the terrace. The kitchen is double aspect and is filled with natural light. It has all the necessary appliances and utensils, including oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, plates, glasses and cutlery. The kitchen also has a dining area with a table and chairs. The living area has an attractive log-burning fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating including a leather sofa and arm chairs, coffee tables, a small dining table and chairs, a satellite TV and air-conditioning. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom (with out air-conditioning) and a bathroom.

First floor
The first floor has three double bedrooms, all with ensuite shower rooms. These bedrooms all have air-conditioning and open out onto a balcony. They are spacious and light, with good quality furniture and bedlinen. The floors are wood laminate. Plenty of towels are provided. Cot and highchair are available on request.

OUTSIDE
The large outside terrace and grounds are beautifully designed and the infinity pool (11m x 4m) enjoys spectacular views of Budva Riviera. On the terrace are sun loungers and parasols. Numerous bedroom balconies offer sea views. There is a BBQ and summer kitchen, an outdoor dining area with wooden table and chairs, and to one side private parking.

VILLA LOCATION
FLIGHTS AND TRAVEL OPTIONS TO SVETI STEFAN
Montenegro has international airports at Podgorica and Tivat (located near the Bay of Kotor). Dubrovnik Airport in Croatia is only 15 minutes drive from the Montenegrin border. Kotor town is 20 minutes drive time from Tivat Airport, one hour drive from Dubrovnik Airport and 65 minutes from Podgorica. Journey time from Podgorica to Budva is 45 minutes and to Ulinj 1 hour 15 minutes.

Montenegro Airlines, JAT and Adria Airlines are the principal carriers flying scheduled flights into Montenegro. These include flights from London, Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Moscow, Paris and Copenhagen.
