Villa Sea View Montenegro sits directly on the waters' edge with stunning sea view and has its own mooring. The villa is located in Krasici on the Lustica peninsula, a beautiful spot on the shore of Kotor Bay. Krasici is the perfect base for sailing, fishing and diving and a great starting point for biking or hiking on Lustica's many trails. The bustling city Tivat is approximately 12 kilometres away and you will love to sit in one of the restaurants/cafes and watch the world go by.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa has two apartments over two floors and benefits from the most stunning sea views. It can accommodate 4-8 people in two double bedrooms and has an additional large sofa bed for two people in each apartment. There is also a washing machine located on one floor. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided.

OUTSIDE
A large sunbathing terrace stretches across the front of the villa and is equipped with garden table and chairs, BBQ and sun loungers. A stair leads to the beach right in front of the villa and sun loungers on the private jetty invite for a relaxing evening by the sea. Private parking for two cars.
Montenegro has international airports at Podgorica and Tivat (located near the Bay of Kotor). Dubrovnik Airport in Croatia is only 15 minutes drive from the Montenegrin border.
Kotor town is 20 minutes drive time from Tivat Airport, one hour drive from Dubrovnik Airport and 65 minutes from Podgorica. Journey time from Podgorica to Budva is 45 minutes and to Ulinj 1 hour 15 minutes.

Montenegro Airlines, JAT and Adria Airlines are the principal carriers flying scheduled flights into Montenegro. These include flights from London, Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Moscow, Paris and Copenhagen.

Tourist tax is extra at a rate of approx 1 EUR per person per day.
