VILLA DETAILS

Villa Alexandra is a modern newly built villa of 270 square metres living space, arranged on three levels. Each floor has sweeping balconies and magnificent sea views. The main living area is on the first floor, whilst the ground floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a small second kitchen, making it a good choice for two families or a larger group. From the second floor bedrooms there are good views of the sea. The local beach is just 200 metres away from the villa. Villa Alexandra is on the coast about 10km from Ulcinj, renowned for its long sandy beach, and 18km from the famous port city of Bar.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor

This floor consists of two double bedrooms, which share a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, and the other bedroom has a large double bed and a single bed. There is also a small kitchen and an outside covered terrace with wrought iron table and chairs overlooking a lovely green garden full of trees. The small kitchen has a two ring cooker, blender, microwave, fridge, freezer and a washing machine.

First floor

A large hallway leads into an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with wooden parquet flooring. A doorway opens out onto the magnificent balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and iron. Cooking utensils, plates and glassware are all provided. In the dining area there is a table with six dining chairs and a high chair can be provided. The living room contains two sofas of which one can be converted into a bed to sleep one additional guest, a satellite and cable TV/DVD player, music system, games and books.

Second floor

On the second floor there are three further bedrooms decorated in bright colours. Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, lovely sea views share a bathroom. The third double bedroom on this floor has twin beds. There is also another bathroom. All bed linen and towels are provided.

OUTSIDE

Terraces

Villa Alexandra has plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy. The terraces and balconies are furnished with comfortable outdoor seating such as cushioned wicker chairs, deckchairs and many tables. There are two large dining tables under the covered terrace, and the nearby barbecue area is perfect for preparing al fresco meals.

Garden

The villa is surrounded by 400 square metres of garden which is full of plants, oak trees, lavender bushes, palms and pines. There is also a lawned area with a children's slide.

Pool

The hydro-massage swimming pool is 36 square metres and is 1.55 metres deep. There is a safety fence surrounding the pool. Adjacent is a sunbathing area with plenty of sun loungers and there are numerous chairs and sun beds dotted around the garden.

Beaches

There is a lovely beach just 200 metres from the villa and many other beaches are within driving distance.
