Modern villa Anekka is situated in Rezevici, a beautiful village with a panoramic view of the Budva Riviera. The villa is peaceful, and within easy reach of the beach and the lovely towns of Petrovac, St Stephan and Budva. There is lots of space, sea views, and
shops and night life in Budva (12km) and Petrovac. The villa is a great destination for both families and adults.

The colour scheme on the ground floor is cream floor tiles, and fresh green walls. The living area has an L-shaped cream sofa and a round dining table for 4 people. There is also an LCD satellite TV. A door opens onto the terrace and garden.

Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms, one with double bed, one with twin beds. The bedrooms share a shower room. The pretty kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils, including microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, plates, glasses, cutlery and tableware.

An outside staircase leads to the first floor, which is arranged in a similar way to the ground floor and is of similar colour scheme. The living area has L-shaped cream sofa, LCD satellite TV, round dining table for 4 people, and a door opening onto the outside terrace with a dining set. The two bedrooms are both doubles and share a shower room.

This apartment also has a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, with all the necessary appliances and utensils, including microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, plates, glasses, cutlery and tableware. This apartment has a lovely terrace with a sea view.

The pool is 7 x 3 meters and 1.60 metres deep. Sun beds and parasols are provided.
A pleasant sandy beach is within walking distance of 400 metres, or reached by car in a couple of minutes.
Montenegro has international airports at Podgorica and Tivat (located near the Bay of Kotor). Dubrovnik Airport in Croatia is only 15 minutes drive from the Montenegrin border.
Kotor town is 20 minutes drive time from Tivat Airport, one hour drive from Dubrovnik Airport and 65 minutes from Podgorica. Journey time from Podgorica to Budva is 45 minutes and to Ulinj 1 hour 15 minutes.

Montenegro Airlines, JAT and Adria Airlines are the principal carriers flying scheduled flights into Montenegro. These include flights from London, Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Moscow, Paris and Copenhagen.
