Villa Beach Beauty Montenegro is a fabulous, seafront luxury villa in the first row from the sea, with a mooring for a 15 metre yacht. Between the villa and the sea there is a public walkway. The villa has 200 square metres of living space and a large terrace. It is surrounded by similar exclusive seafront villas, and the sea views are incredible. The superb location of the villa is within an easy reach of the historic Kotor (10km), vibrant Budva (25km) and romantic Perast, as well as Herceg Novi and St Stefan. The famous city of Dubrovnik in Croatia is about 2hrs 20 minutes drive away. The most beautiful and wild Lustica Peninsula is easy to reach (5km), explore Montenegro!

The house is fully air-conditioned, semi-detached and comprises three floors: ground floor on the seafront, first floor with living areas and top floor with the master bedroom. The ground floor bedroom has two double beds. You will be pampered and well look after in this luxury villa by the attentive manager who will look after your every need.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor

The ground floor comprises a bedroom with two separate, large king size beds and its private, state of the art shower room. This fabulous room has direct access to the terrace. A separate dining room has a dining table for 8 people.

First floor

The first floor comprises a sitting room, kitchen, separate WC and a sea facing terrace. The main living room is on the first floor and its large floor-to-ceiling windows let the shimmering Montenegro summer light come in. Beautiful soft materials of local stone and wood are used throughout, and a comfortable pull-out sofa (extra sleeping for 2 people) is in front of a large satellite TV/DVD player and there is WiFi access. Separately there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and excellent cooking utensils and table ware. The kitchen has a breakfast bar for indoor eating and there is direct access to a fantastic balcony with an outdoor dining table and chairs, where you will prefer to sit in the amazing sun of the Montenegro coast. On this floor is a separate WC. In addition, there is a washing machine, iron, ironing board and a hairdryer.

Second floor

The master bedroom with a king size double bed spreads over the top floor and has fabulous views over Kotor bay. A luxurious en-suite modern shower room has plenty of towels and excellent bed linen is provided in all bedrooms.

OUTSIDE

Villa Beach Beauty Montenegro is gorgeous with beautiful views over Kotor Bay. There is a barbecue, a terrace bar, canopied lounge, dining table for 12 persons and many chairs and sun-loungers. Your yacht mooring is in front of your luxury Montenegro villa.
