Ground floor apartment
This air-conditioned apartment comprises of a large sitting room/kitchen/diner in one open space. The sitting room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, arm chairs, coffee table, satellite TV, shelves, nice mirrors and lighting. The dining area has a table which can sit six people. The white modern kitchen is equipped with a hob, cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all the cooking utensils, plates, glassware and cutlery.

The master bedroom is on the same floor, it has a large new double bed, a single bed, bedside cabinets and lamps plus wardrobes. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. All the bed linen and towels are provided. The bathroom is spacious and luxurious and has a Jacuzzi bath.

The villa has a nice lawn garden with an unforgettable sea view. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ are great for having a lazy sunny day admiring the sea. Two cars can park in the villa grounds.

VILLA LOCATION
FLIGHTS AND TRAVEL OPTIONS TO BUDVA
Montenegro has international airports at Podgorica and Tivat (located near the Bay of Kotor). Dubrovnik Airport in Croatia is only 15 minutes drive from the Montenegrin border. Kotor town is 20 minutes drive time from Tivat Airport, one hour drive from Dubrovnik Airport and 65 minutes from Podgorica. Journey time from Podgorica to Budva is 45 minutes and to Ulinj 1 hour 15 minutes.

Montenegro Airlines, JAT and Adria Airlines are the principal carriers flying scheduled flights into Montenegro. These include flights from London, Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Moscow, Paris and Copenhagen.

- All prices are in euro (EUR) and per apartment based on Saturday to Saturday bookings.
- Tourist tax is extra at a rate of approx 1 EUR per person per day.
- A refundable damage deposit of €500 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
- A final cleaning fee of €50 (EUR) is extra, payable on arrival.
- Cleaning fee payable on arrival - 50 euro per apartment.
