VILLA DETAILS

The villa has a modern stone façade with many large windows maximising the beautiful sea views. It consists of two separate spacious apartments, each 90 sqm. They are bright, light and sleek, using elegant tiles and modern furniture. The villa is located on the hollside above Budva. It is a three to five minute drive down to Jaz Beach. The villa has WiFi.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor apartment

This air-conditioned apartment comprises of a large sitting room/kitchen/diner in one open space. The sitting room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, arm chairs, coffee table, satellite TV, shelves, nice mirrors and lighting. The dining area has a table which can sit six people. The white modern kitchen is equipped with a hob, cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all the cooking utensils, plates, glassware and cutlery.

The master bedroom is on the same floor, it has a large new double bed, a single bed, bedside cabinets and lamps plus wardrobes. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. All the bed linen and towels are provided. The bathroom is spacious and luxurious and has a Jacuzzi bath.

There is a large terrace outside, with good quality garden furniture sand sofas and an amazing sea view.

First floor apartment

The first floor air-conditioned apartment comprises of a large sitting room/kitchen/diner in one open space.

The villa has a nice lawn garden with an unforgettable sea view. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ are great for having a lazy sunny day admiring the sea. Two cars can park in the villa grounds.
