This luxury, large, secluded country villa with pool, near Tivat, is tucked away on a 15 000 meter plot (about 3 acres). Luxury private villa Caesar of Montenegro is the perfect escape from a busy life, and yet close enough to easily explore Tivat with its numerous shops and restaurants, interesting churches, a posh marina and promenade. Whilst the villa is a perfect example of a luxurious "get away from it all" Montenegro holiday experience, so many outdoor activities are on offer in and around Tivat to keep you very busy. Special attractions in Tivat are the 17th century Renaissance House Buca (read Bucha) in the town centre and a park of special national importance - the Big Park (10 acres) which includes large Botanical Gardens, with collections of plants brought back by Tivat sea captains from their overseas travels, such as a rare Chile Fir. After a walk in the gardens, go to the nearby beach called Przno for a dip in the crystal clear sea. Family Buca's Old House is a great example of the 17th century nobleman's lifestyle, with the main house now a gallery, but also the farm house, church of St Michael and a private chapel are a part of the complex. In the grounds of the House in the summer you can attend poetry nights, art exhibitions, musical and other cultural events. Pay a day trip to the small Island of Flowers with its monastery and three monks, or to St Mark's island, overgrown with vegetation and with a nice beach. Visit the 16th century hillside village of Gornja Lastva which has about 20 ancient stone houses. Its village square was used for local festivities and as a market place, and nowadays you can watch traditional “Festivities of Lastva” in August. Sample cuisine of Boka Kotorska, get to know the authentic music from Boka, folk dances and games, If you are up for an adventure, the Lovcen National Park is the place to go - hiking, cycling, quad-biking and zip-lining are just a few examples of outdoor activities on offer. ACCOMMODATION

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms and 2 apartments, which in total can sleep 20 people. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are suites with a double bedroom, a sitting room, bathroom and a large balcony overlooking the Magnificent Bay of Kotor. Bedrooms 5 and 6 have double beds and look over the mountains and the sea. The two apartments no 4 and 7 are classic one bedroom apartments with a sitting room, kitchen a double bedroom with bathroom and private terraces with the Kotor bay view. In all, there are 7 double bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a separate toilet, a professional kitchen, a cinema with Dolby surround system and a sitting room.

OUTSIDE

This large luxury villa has fantastic grounds of 15 000 square meters, which give it seclusion and privacy. There is a heated swimming pool with sun loungers. The villa also has a children's playground, table curling, basketball court and a sauna on the patio. The large covered terrace has a very large table and a barbecue, and is so inviting for al fresco dining.
