Perched above the beautiful Budva Bay overlooking Sveti Stefan and St Nicola Island, Villa Collina is only 2 km from Budva and 25 km from the ancient walled city of Kotor. This modern villa offers everything you need to unwind at a competitive price. With 170 sqm of living space on a 240 sqm plot of land there is plenty of space for a large family or friends holidaying together. The villa is fully air conditioned and has an alarm system.

The local beach is only 1.4 km away and a short drive gets you to the Aqua Park Budva. There is plenty to see and do for adults and children alike. We definitely would recommend a boat tour exploring the beautiful bays and ancient cities of Kotor and Budva. For the adventurous holiday guest paragliding, diving and other aqua sports are on offer in the surrounding area and a bit further afield is the Lipa cave, which is with its 2.5km long system of paths and caverns the largest cave in Montenegro.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor

The open plan living area with dining room and kitchen leads to the terrace with pool, overlooking Budva Bay. Modern clear lines dominate the interior décor. The living area has comfortable sofas and an armchair, a flat screen cable TV and a large panorama window. One of the sofas can be converted into a double sofa bed. The dining table can sit up to eight guests and the kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, tableware and cooking utensils.

On this level there is also a bathroom with walk-in shower.

First floor

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on this floor. All bedrooms have double beds and balcony access. One bedroom with ensuite bathroom, the other two bedrooms are sharing one bathroom. Bedlinen and towels provided.

OUTSIDE

The main terrace with pool is beautifully tiled and overlooks Budva Bay and part of the surrounding mountain range. There are plenty of sun beds and the balconies are furnished as well. The outside dining area has beautiful rattan furniture and a BBQ is provided. The property is completely enclosed and gated.
