This beautiful luxury two bedroom villa is located close to Budva in the hills above Becici. You will enjoy the fabulous views toward the Adriatic Sea and the proximity to the historic town of Budva. Whether you are looking to spend an afternoon exploring the Old Town of Budva which dates back more than 2500 years, or venture to Sveti Nikola Island with its beautiful beaches opposite the city, you will definitely marvel at the beauty of the ancient architecture of the city and the unspoilt nature of the island. Sveti Nikola Island has a rich fauna and flora and is home to some rare flowers. For the adventurers among you a visit to the Lovcen National Park is an absolute must. Quad biking, zip-lining, hiking and cycling are highly rated, and for a bit of history you will also find the mausoleum of Petar II Petrovic-Njegos (1813-1851), Prince-Bishop of Montenegro, poet and philosopher on top of Mount Lovcen. He brought modernity and centralisation to Montenegro, and without him Montenegro would not be what it is today. After a fun filled day you will love to return to your luxury villa to take a dip and to enjoy the stunning, far-reaching view.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor

Upon entering the fully air-conditioned villa you are greeted by a bright and open entrance hall with wardrobe, bench seating and a desk space. The modern open plan living area is kept in subtle white and grey tones with accents in natural wood. A large sofa in the living room can be converted to sleep two guests, and a flat-screen cable TV and free use of WiFi will cover your entertainment needs. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric kettle, and table ware and kitchen utensils. Large sliding doors connect the inside dining area with the outside dining terrace by the pool. On this floor there is also a guest toilet. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also at your disposal.

First floor

Marble stairs are leading to the first floor bedrooms with comfortable double beds and ensuite bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower and the other one a bathtub with overhead shower. One of the bedrooms has access to two sea view balconies. Bedlinen and towels are provided.

OUTSIDE

The focal point of the outside space is the swimming pool with fabulous views of the sea. There are six sun loungers situated around the pool. The outside dining area next to the pool sits six people comfortably and a large sun umbrella provides necessary shade. A charcoal barbecue is provided. Private parking for 2 cars.

FLIGHTS AND TRAVEL OPTIONS TO BECICI

Montenegro has international airports at Podgorica and Tivat (located near the Bay of Kotor). Dubrovnik Airport in Croatia is only 15 minutes drive from the Montenegrin border. Kotor town is 20 minutes drive time from Tivat Airport, one hour drive from Dubrovnik Airport and 65 minutes from Podgorica. Journey time from Podgorica to Budva is 45 minutes and to Ulinj 1 hour 15 minutes.

Montenegro Airlines and Air Serbia are the principal carriers flying scheduled flights into Montenegro. These include flights from London, Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Moscow, Paris and Copenhagen.
