Luxury Montenegro villa Endless Sea is located on a slope above the gorgeous fishing village of Przno near St Stefan peninsula. The location of this large, private villa with two pools, wellness and games rooms and a private boat mooring on its own pier is world class. There is the sea and beach right in front of you. Excellent service with a private concierge, the amazing, panoramic view of the sea, the sight of the charming St Stefan village and the proximity to many other fabulous sandy beaches and elegant Montenegro resorts make this opulent villa particularly desirable. The villa comprises eleven luxury bedrooms and suites and sleeps up to 23 guests and has an indoor and an outdoor pool. The main building contains seven suites and a separate one bedroom apartment, large sitting/dining room, professional kitchen, wellness and gym. Each suite has a lounge area with sofas and armchairs. All bathrooms are ensuite, some are separate to the bedroom and some have an open style arrangement where the bath tub is a part of the bedroom.

The annexe contains three ensuite double bedrooms, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor. This is very useful if some of your group want more privacy or accommodate staff, nannies or teenagers separately, but on the premises.

Luxury Villa Endless Sea has privacy and security facilities, WiFi and air-conditioning. There is an enormous amount of living space of 1300 square metres and a secluded 3000 square metre garden. You can enjoy peace and tranquillity in Przno which is a small fishing village with traditional fishermen's houses, one hotel, several restaurants, cafes and shops. The beach is very attractive with reddish sand, an olive grove and sun loungers to rent. People swim in the sea from May to October.

For nightlife and serious shopping go to Budva just 6km away where you will find more beaches, or to magical St Stefan peninsula (3km) or to the beautiful sandy beach Kamenovo, which is 750 metre long and lined with subtropical trees. For outdoor activities there are water sports and an excellent scuba diving centre with a PADI course. Visit the botanical gardens in Milocer, go for a woodland walk to St Stefan for an amazing coffee or take our boat tour. We can organise a fascinating tour of coastal monasteries, still adorned with magnificent original frescoes and brimming with history. Also highly recommended is a trip to the mountainous Cetinje (45km), the old royal seat of Montenegro rulers. En route you could visit the fascinating Lipa cave with amazing stalactites and 2.5km of underground paths.

MAIN HOUSE

Lower ground floor

On the garden level below the raised ground floor, there is a professional kitchen, a large sitting room with several sitting and dining areas, a piano, a library, a pool table and a Sony play station. On this floor is the wellness area with a large indoor pool, a gym with several machines, Finnish sauna and a massage room (massages at extra cost).

There is also a one bedroom apartment with a private terrace, a bedroom with a king size bed, a sofa and an additional single bed on option, perfect for families with small children or teenagers and very tastefully furnished.

Ground floor

The first floor is reached by a sweeping, curved pair of stone steps with specially made wrought iron railings which make this large villa very grand. The quality and stylish comfort of spacious interiors does not disappoint.

The first floor comprises a large hallway with concierge's desk and a lift taking you to the upper floors. Here are also two magnificent bedroom suites with large bedrooms and bath tubs integral to the bedrooms. The bedrooms have classy king size beds with excellent bed linen, plenty of towels and wardrobes. Each bedroom has a lovely sitting room with cream sofas and direct access to a private terrace. The garden and sea view is mesmerising.

First floor

On the second floor there are three bedroom suites with king size beds, which have ensuite bathrooms and balconies.

Second floor

The third floor features a master suite and a deluxe bedroom, also with balconies and open-concept bathrooms.

ANNEXE HOUSE

A smaller building in the garden comprises two bedrooms on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

OUTSIDE

The cascading gardens of this large, luxury Montenegro villa are stunning and take you all the way to the sea where you can swim. The stone paved terraces are surrounded by lawns and Mediterranean plants, such as palms, pomegranates, citrus, flowering oleanders, scented herbs. At the lowest terrace there is a fantastic infinity pool which seems to merge with the sea. Excellent sun loungers and pool towels are provided.
