The Light of Montenegro, a beautiful, luxurious private villa with a large pool and garden, resembles a Tuscan country house or a Venetian monastery. The elegant villa has a striking stone built façade with a top floor lined with classical, renaissance arches and columns, which front a balcony stretching the whole length of the house. This stunning private family holiday home resides in Montenegro, in the charming small seaside town of Petrovac, only 10km from the hip St Stefan and 18km from the vibrant Budva. The spacious villa, which takes 14 people and 3 extra, is immersed in a large garden with lawn, scented herbs and masses of olive and pine trees - you are in the Mediterranean! A path of 150 metres leads down to the beach and a couple of beach bars, livening up the peace and tranquillity of the seaside villa Light of Montenegro. There are seven bedrooms and bathrooms, a guest toilet, air conditioning and WiFi. Interiors are modern, with some rustic elements and also very stylish and comfortable. This is a perfect villa for families and large groups who want some seclusion, outdoor activities and closeness to the beach. Many towns and the huge cultural heritage of Montenegro are within easy reach and every detail of your holiday in the fantastic Villa Light of Montenegro will be attended to by a concierge and helpful staff. There is plenty of parking in the villa grounds.

ACCOMMODATION

The house is accessed through the large garden and positioned on a raised bank above the pool, giving it fantastic views of the sea and of the unforgettable sunsets.

Ground floor

The ground floor comprises a very large and high ceilinged living room which opens out onto a big terrace with outdoor sofas, armchairs and a dining set of furniture. In the sitting room there are several seating areas with cream coloured sofas and a modern open fireplace. There is a large dining area which can be used for a whole group to eat together.

Guests can use the villa's kitchen for self-catering, but also have the option of a full meal service on request, at extra cost.

First floor

On the first floor there are four luxury bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. The super king size double beds have excellent bed linen and there are plenty of towels. The bedrooms enjoy the views of the garden and sea.

Second floor

On the second floor there are three further spacious and stunning master bedrooms with access to a covered balcony with seating and majestic arches, and a most magnificent view of the sea. A glass of gorgeous Montenegrin wine and the sunset over the sea from the Villa Light of Montenegro will be an unforgettable experience. Each master bedroom has a gallery which is reached by a staircase. On the gallery is a sofa for extra comfort, which can also be pulled out as an accessory bed for one person. The main room of the master suite has a spacious wardrobe, a writing desk, a large double bed with high quality bed linen and towels and an ensuite bathroom. Sleeping in the master suite, with all its comforts and its exceptionally gorgeous balcony will be a special pleasure!

OUTSIDE

From the stunning villa several steps lead down to the stone paved pool terrace. The large, secluded garden has a very big swimming pool, measuring 11 by 7 metres. There are fourteen sun beds, several parasols and pool towels are provided. The pool also has a pool shower.
