Flanked by two sandy beaches, with own mooring and steps leading down to its private access to the bright emerald sea, this is an unforgettable villa and location. The stone-built luxury Montenegro villa has been completely and expertly refurbished with top quality materials whilst keeping the authentic look inside. It has 200 square metres of living space offering four bedrooms and five luxurious bathrooms. Separately, within the grounds of the villa, there is a small house for staff or other guests The grounds of the villa comprise 1200 square metres. There is a speedboat on disposal with skipper to take you around the beautiful bays and secret places.

ACCOMMODATION

MAIN VILLA

Ground floor

From the hallway you enter a wonderful sitting room with stone slabs on the floor and wooden beams on the ceiling. The rustic look is completed with an old metal fireplace and heavy wooden staircase leading upstairs. For comfortable seating this room has a very large L shaped sofa.

Mezzanine

The kitchen is a very happy and well-appointed place with old style kitchen units designed to suit the villa style and providing for gourmet experience. It is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee maker and a good range of kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. The mezzanine also has the guest bathroom.

First floor

The first floor has two airy bedrooms, with ensuite onyx shower rooms, windows opening out onto the sea. All the bed linen and towels are provided.

There are two further bedrooms, separate from the house and built partially into the rock and facing the sea. These two bedrooms are very dramatic and have large windows, so it seems that you are almost in the sea. The bedrooms are very comfortable with large double beds and private bathrooms, plenty of towels and good bed linen.

GARDEN COTTAGE

The garden cottage is a separate dwelling in the grounds of the villa, so friends and family can come and stay. This consists of a sitting room/kitchen/diner and two bedrooms and a bathroom.

OUTSIDE

The villa has several stone paved terraces with sun loungers or lovely outdoor furniture, all surrounded by pine trees, various Mediterranean greenery and sea all around. Well-made stone steps lead down to the sandy beach.
