Basement
Private wine bar or gym? You don't have to make a choice, both are there for you to socialise and get fit! The basement comprises a garage for 2 cars, a well-equipped gym, table tennis, private wine bar, laundry room and maintenance rooms. The laundry room provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Ground floor
The ground floor has a one bedroom apartment, consisting of a small kitchen, sitting/dining room with a double sofa bed, TV, a double bedroom, a shower room and a separate bathroom. In addition there is a proper, double height wellness area and spa with an indoor pool, Finnish sauna, steam bath and a massage room.
First floor
The main living area is on the first floor which allows a magnificent view to the sea and countryside. The first floor comprises the sitting room, dining area, kitchen, storage room, one bedroom and bathroom. The glass-wrapped, very stylish sitting room has extensive seating and several sitting areas. The Italian designer sofa is comfortable and roomy and there are additional armchairs and a huge wall-mounted TV. The dining area has a large dining table and a modern fireplace, totally surrounded by picture windows and the view over the green countryside. The modern, white kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar with two bar stools. Here you will find a great range of cooking utensils, stylish dinner service, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and other pieces.
From the hallway you reach a bedroom with a double king size bed, TV, ensuite bathroom, plenty of towels and quality bed linen provided.
Second floor
The second floor has four bedrooms in total. All have TVs and individual air-conditioning/heating. The master bedroom with master bathroom and walk-in closet also has a balcony. There are three further bedrooms, one double bedroom and two single bedrooms. The double bedroom has an ensuite shower room, and the two single bedrooms share one bathroom.
Top floor
A spiral staircase leads to the roof top terrace which has 85 square metres and stunning sea views. Sofas and comfortable chairs are blissful, and you will be too, with your family and friends, enjoying that unforgettable ocean view!
OUTSIDE
Villa Luxos Montenegro has a large garden set out into terraces supported by solid stone walls, in the best tradition of the local architecture. Green lawns and palm trees, with a mixture of scented Mediterranean herbs and flowers complete the picture of leisured luxury. The blue-green swimming pool is surrounded by six sun loungers, other garden furniture and parasols. Pool/beach towels are provided.
