Luxury villa Mirre is located close to Budva, in a beautiful, tranquil position on a slope above the sea, enjoying amazing sea views. A short ride from the pebbly beach Jaz, sandy beach Mogren and from the attractions of the lovely town of Budva (7km away), this single story luxury villa with private pool and exquisite interiors will be an amazing holiday experience of Montenegro. The villa has WiFi, air-conditioning, three bedrooms and three ensuite bathrooms, a pool with a fountain and whirlpool, a barbecue and secure garage parking for several cars. The access is from the road, up a few steps where there is a large pool terrace and the villa entrance. All rooms are on one level, so it is perfect for people with mobility issues. The villa façade has four large floor to ceiling sliding windows, bringing in the sunshine and views of the garden and pool.

In addition to the luxurious relaxation provided by the fantastic villa, the area is perfect for exploration and outdoor activities. Jaz beach is made of pebbles and some sand, 40 metres wide and 1km long, offering water sports, sun loungers, parasols, scooter and paddle rentals, restaurants and beach bars. Equally beautiful is the sandy beach called Mogren. Budva is for shopping, nightlife, water sports and history. Just 15 kilometres away is Tivat with great shopping and Kotor, the most beautiful medieval town of Montenegro which you must visit. Why not make a day trip to the Lovcen National Park for climbing and hiking, visiting caves, monasteries and the old town of Cetinje which was the seat of Montenegro royalty. Both the young and the old will enjoy a visit to the state of the art Aquapark 2km away. You are spoilt for choice in luxury villa Mirre of Montenegro!

ACCOMMODATION

Sitting room, dining area and kitchen

The quality of workmanship, material and furnishings is excellent. In the sitting room with dining area there is wood flooring, rugs, designer sofas, armchairs, a large mirror, shelves with art and a very large SAT TV.

The modern, sleek, grey and white marble top kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and an excellent set of cooking utensils and tableware. The cosy dining area has a table with six dining armchairs and elegant glass cabinets. The lighting and the general feel of this sumptuous living room is just great.

Bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms

The three spacious double bedrooms are all equally comfortable and stylish. Excellent king size double beds have top end bed linen and plenty of towels are provided. The beds have large, custom made headboards, bespoke wardrobes, armchairs and wall mounted large TV sets. All bedrooms are individually air-conditioned. All bedrooms open out onto a large terrace and the pool.

OUTSIDE

The villa is fully fenced. The main part of the outdoors is a large, stone paved terrace and the pool which has a decking for sunbathing. Here are six sun loungers and a couple of sun umbrellas. Close to the house is a covered terrace with outdoor dining table and a barbecue. The pool has an integral whirlpool and a modern fountain splashing from the side into the pool. A variety of Mediterranean vegetation such as olives, palm trees and shrubs are scattered around this attractive swimming and entertaining area, perfect for relaxed socialising.
