Villa Numero is a luxury family villa with pool, situated half way between the famous town of Budva and the sophisticated resort of St Stefan. It is a modern, spacious villa (170 square metres of living space), built in 2019, with a gorgeous view of the sea from the house and the pool. There is a fantastic terrace, where you can spend all day by the sea water pool with hydro-massage system bathing in the sunshine, enjoying the sea view or admiring the sunset. This Montenegro luxury holiday home is just a couple of minutes' drive from beautiful beaches with water sports, beach bars and restaurants. There are also great views of Budva, twinkling in the distance in the night. Do visit Budva for more stunning beaches and the authentic Old City with beautiful, old stone houses and restaurants hidden in the narrow streets or literally spreading out into the sea. In new Budva, there are hip bars, shops, nightclubs and lots of entertainment. ACCOMMODATION

The villa is built on a slope, so the ground floor is below a substantial upper terrace where the main living room and the pool are. Ground floor and first floor are connected by an outdoor staircase. Two bedrooms can accommodate an extra single bed for a child, on request only.

Ground floor

The ground floor comprises two double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, a laundry cupboard, an outdoor terrace and garden. The laundry houses a washing machine, a tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The two spacious and bright bedrooms have stylish marble floors, large wardrobes, king size double beds and marble, walk in showers.

First floor

The first floor has an open plan kitchen with a dining bar, a sitting room with TV, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a guest toilet. The kitchen and dining area are all open plan. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, kettle and a microwave, plus pretty tableware and cookware.

OUTSIDE

The main terrace is extremely spacious, with a surface of 300 square metres. Here you will relax on the outdoor furniture, with views of countryside and the sea. There is a partial sea view from the terrace. The focal point of the outdoor area is a salt water swimming pool (7.5 metres by 3.0 metres) with hydro-massage system, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, with pool towels provided. A very useful feature is the outdoor pool shower. There is a summer kitchen with a coal barbecue and a table seating 8 people for outdoor dining and socialising on a roofed terrace. Mediterranean evergreens and herbs complete the magic outdoor atmosphere.
