VILLA DETAILS

This spacious villa with amazing views over the countryside toward the Adriatic Sea is located near Rezevici, just 500 metres from the coast. The villa is built from natural stone in keeping with the traditional building style and the surrounding area is teaming with olive trees, grapevines, fruit trees and lush Mediterranean vegetation. Rezevici itself is a small village, located between Sveti Stefan and Petrovac and Budva is only 15 km away. The village is dominated by the monastery of Rezevici which consists of two churches. There is a small beach in Rezevici and a further two beaches, Prisieke and Drobni Pesak beach are close by. Prisieke beach is especially known for its cleanliness and fine sand.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor

Upon entering the villa from the covered terrace you are greeted by a spacious open plan lounge/dining area with an arched opening to the kitchen. Exposed stone walls, a beautifully tiled floor, and ceiling beams exude a welcoming warmth and lots of character. The open plan area is kept in a rustic, chic style and you will feel right at home relaxing in the beautiful lounge area with comfortable sofa and armchairs, plasma satellite TV, WiFi, and fireplace. An oval wooden dining table seats six guests and the adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kitchen utensils and table ware. On this floor there is also a separate toilet. Furthermore, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are at your disposal.

First floor

Beautiful stone stairs with a wrought iron banister lead to the first floor. There are three double bedrooms with wooden flooring and access to a private balcony. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other bedroom has twin beds. There are two bathrooms on this floor. Two bedrooms have a fabulous sea view balcony and one bedroom has a small garden view balcony. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Second floor

Internal stairs connect this lovely top floor apartment with the first floor. The apartment has a kitchenette and dining area, bathroom, an amazing sea view balcony, and can sleep another two guests on a double sofa bed.

OUTSIDE

The villa is set in a large garden of 2500 square metres and has lots of interest. Seven steps lead from the garden to the elevated pool area. The pool dimensions are 10 x 5 metres with a depth of 1.50 metres. Sun loungers are provided for the paved sunbathing area, and there is also a dining table and summer kitchen with BBQ. You will love spending your time outside by the pool, taking a dip or enjoying a meal cooked with local produce on the barbecue. The pleasant garden has mature trees for shade and is planted with different plants and shrubs. Do you fancy a walk? The sea is just about 500 metres from the villa. There is parking for 4 cars on the premises.
