Luxury Montenegro Villa Seafront View is a private villa with pool and first row to the sea, only five metres from the sea. It is located in the vicinity of Tivat, just 1.5km from the town centre. This authentic, stone built Montenegro holiday home was there over 100 years ago and has been totally and very carefully renovated in 2021, with the old and the new parts of the house clearly distinguishable. The old seafront home is still there, enjoying eternal, wonderful views of the sea and sheltering in the quiet harbour. Now it is also a luxury seafront villa with a large, private swimming pool, understated, modern interiors, three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a pretty garden with parking space. There is WiFi and air conditioning throughout, a large sitting room, well equipped modern kitchen and comfortable beds. Luxury Family Villa Seafront View comprises 170 square metres of living area and 490 square metres of walled garden and the outer boundaries of the property are secured by video surveillance cameras. Inside the villa there are smoke detectors in each room. The nearest beach is 190 metres away! The villa is situated in the pretty seafront village Donja Lastva, still showing the architectural and cultural influence of its medieval Venetian masters. There is a lovely coastal walk from the village to the opulent Porto Montenegro resort and on to Tivat town. As you walk through palms and oleander trees, stop by in little cafes and seaside bars. There is much to do when you stay in this Montenegro villa - outdoor activities, water sports, seaside walks, Mediterranean healthy dining, living it up in the night clubs of Porto Montenegro, visiting old authentic villages, and fabulous churches and monasteries. ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
Ground floor comprises a bright, modern kitchen and dining room with sea view and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, facing the garden. The elegant kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, lovely tableware and a good range of kitchen utensils. From the dining table there is a great outlook onto the garden and pool. There is also a guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine.
The two double bedrooms downstairs have king size double beds with ensuite bathroom and are very tastefully furnished with excellent bed linen and towels provided. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and cable TV, and French doors open out onto a lovely private terraces with table and chairs for two and scented herbs planting. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.
First floor
The first floor is reached via an outside stone stairway from the garden. Here is a stunning, spacious sitting room. The high ceiling of this designer space is adorned with futuristic lighting, which gives this spot a really roomy and open feeling. A special feature is the sea fronting balcony with table and chairs, extending out from the sitting room and looking at the sea. Wonderful parquet flooring is surrounded by a line of natural stone, a nod to the olden times. In the sitting room there is plenty of stylish seating, sofas and armchairs, cable TV, modern paintings and a "hanging" fireplace. What an amazing combination of the old and the new in the best possible taste.
There is a third double bedroom with wardrobe and cable TV and ensuite bathroom on this floor as well.
OUTSIDE
Luxury villa Seafront View has a charming garden with a space for parking of two cars under a pergola by the side of the house. The pool is fit for serious swimming, measuring 12. 5 metres by 3 metres and comes with an outdoor pool shower. There are six sun loungers, pool towels and several parasols for sunbathing and relaxation, while you listen to the gentle lapping of the blue-green sea.
The second pergola in the garden provides shade over an outdoor sofa and chairs, which is an excellent place to relax and catch a glimpse of the sea. Here is a barbecue and the al fresco dining area. The whole garden is landscaped with the mind of Montenegro countryside. White pebbles cover the space between the succulent plants, there are pine trees and cypresses, olives, lavender, rosemary.
