This wonderful and spacious three storey stone villa is located 14km west of Budva, in the small town of Petrovac, just a few minutes walk from the beach. Lovers of James Bond films may recognise the location from the film Casino Royale.
The 600 metre long sandy beach is the jewel of the village, and the intense blue of the Adriatic is a fitting background for a Hollywood movie, or equally a family holiday. The village nestles in a sheltered sunny bay, with pine forest encircling it. It is full of subtropical plants, and has a selection of cafes, restaurants and shops. There is a sea view from every floor of the villa.
On the ground floor there is a large open plan living area including a kitchen/diner. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, plates, glassware and utensils, including a washing machine.
The sitting area is tiled with gleaming white ceramic tiles, and furnished with comfortable green sofas and armchairs.
Also in the sitting area is a satellite TV, DVD player, music centre and WiFi. This is a very pleasant and relaxing room, with paintings and plants adding to the happy feel of the house. From this room a large door opens out onto the terrace and garden.
Also on the ground floor are two double bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, and a bathroom.
On the first floor are two studio apartments. One apartment with two bedrooms and one apartment with one bedroom. Each apartment has a kitchen, bathroom and balcony with sea view.
The second floor is a large open plan space with living/dining area, kitchen, french bed, bathroom and balcony with sea view.
Outside there is a large swimming pool, barbecue, parking place and garage.
The villa also has a fitness room.
The pool is only in use between June and October. Pool can be used during the other months, weather permitting, at extra cost.
