Located between Ljuta and Dobrota the captivating luxury Villa Deborah exudes comfort and style. Its chic and contemporary design, and the amazing view of Kotor Bay from the infinity pool are truly unique. The villa has two apartments which each sleep 6 guests and is the perfect choice for extended families or larger groups holidaying together.

Dobrota offers captivating sea views with a dramatic mountain backdrop and the church of St. Matthew's with its paintings and sculptures is a sight not to miss. Food lovers will enjoy the choice of excellent restaurants either in Dobrota or Kotor. And a day trip to Lake Skadar National Park is highly recommended. To make the most of your trip you should go on a lake cruise, starting either from Virpazar or Rijeka Crnojevica. Don't forget your binoculars as Lake Skadar is one of Europe's largest natural bird reserves.

ACCOMMODATION

Luxury Villa Deborah is fully air conditioned and spreads over 300 square metres, plus a beautiful sea view terrace. The villa consists of two separate apartments.

Ground floor : Apartment 1

The stylish open plan living area with kitchen/diner has large glass doors opening to the terrace with infinity pool and stunning sea views. Elegance and comfort are highlighted by the white colour scheme with wooden accents. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, tableware and kitchen utensils.

There are three bright double bedrooms which share a bathroom. Two bedrooms with double beds measuring 160 x 200 cm and another bedroom with double bed 150 x 200 cm. There is also a separate toilet.

First and second floor : Apartment 2

The focal point of this stunning duplex apartment is the atrium lounge with Bösendorfer piano and designer lighting. Again, everything is kept in a crisp white colour scheme, and the fully equipped kitchen has high spec modern appliances and a glass dining table with chairs for six guests.

There are also three ensuite double bedrooms and a separate toilet. One bedroom with large double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and two further bedrooms with double beds 160 x 200 cm. Each bedroom in apartment 2 has a TV.

Bedlinen and towels are provided.

OUTSIDE

Outside you are greeted with stunning views of Kotor Bay and the mountain range above Prcanj on the opposite side of the bay. An inviting sunbathing terrace with day bed and swing seat surrounds the infinity pool. Enjoy the amazing sunsets over Kotor Bay by a meal with fresh local ingredients cooked on the barbecue, and a glass of local wine on the outside dining terrace.

Villa Deborah has two garage parking spaces.
