Villa Moderna sits in an elevated position with unobstructed views towards the Adriatic Sea. The villa is located in Krimovica, close to Trsteno beach which is only 900 m away. A few minutes' drive takes you to the lovely beaches of Jaz and Ploce. Explore the beautiful Old Town of Budva which is only 8 km away or visit the ancient walled city of Kotor. The airport Tivat is about 20 km away.
The old town of Budva lies on a small peninsula. There are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and galleries to enjoy. The Monastries Stanjevici, Podostrog, Rezevici and Gradiste are some of the important historic buildings in Budva. The Lovcen National Park with Mt Lovcen is just past Kotor. The black mountain gave Montenegro (negro means black and monte means mountain) its name. From the top of the mountain you have a most stunning view over the surrounding area, stretching as far as Albania and Croatia. Trsteno Valley is one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the region, closely followed by the sandy pebble beach Jaz and Ploce's pebbly beach. At all three beaches you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas and there are also toilets and showers.

ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
On the ground floor there is a garage (momentarily not possible to use, but there is parking for 3 cars in front of the villa) and a laudry room with washing machine and iron and ironing board.
First floor
Internal and external stairs are leading to the first floor. The first floor comprises one bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The contemporary living room is furnished with a large corner sofa, armchair, coffee table and TV, DVD.

The modern kitchen with breakfast bar is equipped with gas/electric hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils. The dining area has a dining table with seating for 8 people. Patio doors are opening to the main balcony and a nice garden with swimming pool and barbeque.

On the second floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace offers a spectacular sea view. The two other bedrooms share one shower room and a terrace, also with sea view.

OUTSIDE
From the pool and terrace you have a stunning view towards the sea. There are sun loungers around the pool and the pool is maintained weekly. The garden is enclosed by a wall and is gated towards the quiet road. To the side of the house there is a shaded area laid to lawn.
Montenegro has international airports at Podgorica and Tivat (located near the Bay of Kotor). Dubrovnik Airport in Croatia is only 15 minutes drive from the Montenegrin border.
Kotor town is 20 minutes drive time from Tivat Airport, one hour drive from Dubrovnik Airport and 65 minutes from Podgorica. Journey time from Podgorica to Budva is 45 minutes and to Ulinj 1 hour 15 minutes.

Montenegro Airlines, JAT and Adria Airlines are the principal carriers flying scheduled flights into Montenegro. These include flights from London, Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Moscow, Paris and Copenhagen.
