Villa Montenegro Aqua is located in the village of Dobra Voda only 10 minutes walk from the village centre. The villa grounds slope towards the sea and the villa is built into this slope with the entry at the upper level and accommodation set on four levels with garden terraces further down to the sea. All levels have stunning sea views.
The six bedrooms accommodate 12 guests however up to 4 additional guests can be accommodated on extra beds and comfortable sofa beds at an extra per person cost.
The villa is equipped with satellite TV and high-speed Internet. The villa offers good security. The grounds are fenced and there is private parking with automatic gates.
Almost all the windows of the villa offer an extraordinary sea view. All of them are equipped with roller blinds, which in the lowered state completely exclude the penetration of sunlight and provide security.

ACCOMMODATION
On the top floor (4th floor) there are two double bedrooms. One bedroom has an ensuite shower room and a large terrace with full sea view. The other has an ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and a private balcony.

On the third floor is the main entrance to the villa and three bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms also has its own living room with a sofa that can fold out to sleep two additional guests, an ensuite bathroom with a hydro massage bath and access to a balcony with a panoramic sea view. The second double bedroom has an ensuite shower room, balcony and sea view. A third bedroom on this floor has two single beds.
A staircase takes you down to the second floor where there is a large living room with a home theatre, two corner sofas, a fireplace and a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture all with a wonderful sea view. On this floor is also a guest toilet and bathroom and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, terrace and sea view. On this floor but to the back of the villa there is a laundry, equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and wardrobes for storing linen and towels, a sauna, a recreation room and a boiler room.

On the first (ground) floor there is a large living room with a large screen TV and a corner sofa. The spacious kitchen-dining room is fully equipped with kitchen appliances like fridge/refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, furniture and accessories. Two large tables can comfortably seat 16 people. The dining area opens directly onto a terrace equipped with a BBQ and seating areas for outdoor dining.

OUTSIDE
As described above, the dining room leads to the main terrace that is equipped with a grill and comfortable outdoor furniture. A few steps down will lead you to the large swimming pool. From both the terrace and the pool you have a beautiful view to the sea. A pathway leads down to the waters edge to a platform where you can swim and sunbathe.
The village centre with many restaurants, bars, clubs and beaches is just a short walk away.
Montenegro has international airports at Podgorica and Tivat (located near the Bay of Kotor). Dubrovnik Airport in Croatia is only 15 minutes drive from the Montenegrin border.
Kotor town is 20 minutes drive time from Tivat Airport, one hour drive from Dubrovnik Airport and 65 minutes from Podgorica. Journey time from Podgorica to Budva is 45 minutes and to Ulinj 1 hour 15 minutes.

Montenegro Airlines, JAT and Adria Airlines are the principal carriers flying scheduled flights into Montenegro. These include flights from London, Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Moscow, Paris and Copenhagen.
