This luxury villa in classical Mediterranean style comprises a villa with three bedrooms, and a wing with three separate luxury one-bedroom apartments. The whole living space is 750 square metres. Villa Remina is located on the hillside above the village of Przno and has panoramic views over the Adriatic sea towards Budva. The villa has two pools, an indoor salt water plunge pool and a very large fresh water pool. It is rented as one unit with six bedrooms for 12 people.

Ground floor
Reception room is an imposing pillared room with stone slabs on the floor and a fine set of dining furniture and sofas. The reception room opens out onto the pool terrace with a 16 metre long pool overlooking the Riviera. A fully equipped kitchen is supplied with a fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils and tableware. The dining table sits 12 – 14 people. WiFi, satellite TV and air-conditioning are provided.
Lower Ground floor
Down one level takes you to the "konobar" (bar and relaxation rooms) with a dining table seating up to 12 and French windows opening out onto the pool terrace. The extensive pool terrace provides ample space for sunbathing and there is a BBQ and dining area under a covered area of terrace. Also on the lower ground level are the indoor plunge pool, a sauna and a massage table as well as a shower room and laundry room.

In a separate wing of the house are three one bedroom apartment suitable for staff or additional guests. Each has an open plan living space with a kitchen and dining area. This is a charming room, with wood flooring, comfortable sofas, elegant old furniture, and a sea view balcony. A fully equipped kitchen is supplied with a fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils and tableware. Each apartment has a double bedroom and a shower room. Bed linen, towels, WiFi and satellite TV, The is a single air-conditioning unit in the living room area. One of the
apartments has a private terrace area.

An amazing large infinity pool is a stunning feature of this villa, and from it you can have a great view over the sea and islands. Sun beds and sun umbrellas are provided. To the side of the villa is a charming garden with palm trees and Mediterranean herbs. A covered, shaded area has a BBQ fireplace and an outdoor dining table and bench set.
Montenegro has international airports at Podgorica and Tivat (located near the Bay of Kotor). Dubrovnik Airport in Croatia is only 15 minutes drive from the Montenegrin border.
Kotor town is 20 minutes drive time from Tivat Airport, one hour drive from Dubrovnik Airport and 65 minutes from Podgorica. Journey time from Podgorica to Budva is 45 minutes and to Ulinj 1 hour 15 minutes.
