This elegant stone villa is arranged as two apartments but rented as a single unit. Each apartment can sleep up to 5 persons - a double bedroom and a twin bedroom sleep 4 persons and sofa beds in the living room provide for 1 extra person per apartment. The two apartments are linked by an external staircase and the lower apartment opens out onto a terrace, the garden and swimming pool. There are views towards the sea and Budva Old town.

ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation in each apartment is identical.
The open plan living area is furnished with two sofas, a coffee table and a dining table with seating for four persons. The sofas can convert to beds to provide sleeping accommodation for two people. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge and all other cooking utensils, china and cutlery. There is a small breakfast bar. The living area has satellite TV and is air conditioned.

Each apartment has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds and one bathroom. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, washbasin and WC.
This house is well equipped for staying guests and offers a washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron with ironing board, WiFi, private swimming pool, garden furniture, built-in outdoor barbecue and sun loungers.

The house has terraces on each floor which offer great sea views. The garden has areas for sunbathing, relaxing in the shade and outdoor dining area with barbecue grill. The swimming pool measuring 8.3 metres by 4.2 metres is, of course, the main feature of the garden.

The only access to the villa from the street is by steps and it would not be suitable for anyone who has difficulty climbing steps.
Montenegro has international airports at Podgorica and Tivat (located near the Bay of Kotor). Dubrovnik Airport in Croatia is only 15 minutes drive from the Montenegrin border.
Kotor town is 20 minutes drive time from Tivat Airport, one hour drive from Dubrovnik Airport and 65 minutes from Podgorica. Journey time from Podgorica to Budva is 45 minutes and to Ulinj 1 hour 15 minutes.

Montenegro Airlines, JAT and Adria Airlines are the principal carriers flying scheduled flights into Montenegro. These include flights from London, Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Moscow, Paris and Copenhagen.

A refundable damage deposit of €300 (EUR) is payable on arrival.
