The villa is on an elevated position with panoramic sea views from many areas in the house. It is built with quality materials and furnished with good furniture and luxury lighting. The villa is approached by a few steps and has a walled garden.
Accommodation is arranged on three floors. The villa has two sitting rooms, tiled with quality sand-coloured Italian tiles and both furnished with good comfortable sofas and chairs. Here is a flat screen TV/DVD player, and a wireless internet. From the main sitting room there is direct access to a wonderful large balcony which has outdoor sofa and armchairs and magnificent se view. Here one can sunbathe during the day and have a relaxing drink in the evening, enjoying the lights of the village below. The kitchen floor has pale tiles and a classic Italian white country kitchen equipped with an antique look electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, a coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils, plates and glassware. The white dining table can sit 6-8 people. There is a guest bathroom on the ground floor, which is the fourth bathroom and contains a washing machine.
Three cool bedrooms are all furnished with large double beds in French classic design and good quality matrasses and bed linen. They either have access to balconies or large French windows which offer amazing views of the sea and the Budva Riviera coastline. In contrast to the classic period look of the bedrooms, each bathroom is sleek and modern and tiled with pale coloured tiles. The bathrooms all have powerful showers, modern bathroom furniture and plenty of towels.
The villa stands in a 350 square metres of Mediterranean garden, and a swimming pool with a tiled sunbathing area around it. The swimming pool is in front of the villa and you can see the sea as you swim and sunbathe. Sun loungers and sun umbrellas are provided. Behind the house there is a secluded terrace looking over greenery and trees. It has outdoor sofas and an open stone fireplace/barbecue with an outdoor dining table in the garden. Within the villa grounds there is parking for one car.
